I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

Records requested:

Body camera and MVR (dash cam) footage for case 2026-01936 on 06/28/2026. Information looking to obtain: Officer Jared Conte body camera footage and MVR footage from first making contact with the driver (MV stop) until transported to Hospital was complete. All footage recorded on Officers Conte BWC for this case. Also looking for backup officers that were assigned to this case/BWC footage. Prisoner Rear seat camera if equipped, looking to obtain that footage if recorded.
