Dear Moonachie Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

I am requesting the entire body camera footage from Moonachie Police Officer N. Fugnitti and the unnamed officer accompanying him, at Walmart at the above address, from 9:30 PM to 11:30 PM. My interest in this material stems from my appearance in the body cam footage.

This request is related to municipal complaint Teterboro Municipal Court 0262-S-2024-000040, for which I am the defendant.

I am requesting that the requested materials be made available through this platform or via other online access, such as SharePoint.
