Please be advised that this firm has been retained by Citizens United
Reciprocal Exchange (CURE) with regard to an accident which occurred
on March 11, 2025, at approximately 5:57 p.m., wherein our insured was involved in a collision with a pedestrian. (Case No.: 2025-6296 ). According to the police report, the reporting officer was Police Officer, Nicholas LaRocca, Badge #85. CURE respectfully requests that you maintain the footage from the body cam of this officer that was uploaded (as mentioned in the police report) and that same be provided to CURE.

Please advise if there is any cost associated with obtaining this
video. Failure to preserve this evidence may result in a court action
seeking damages. Please feel free to contact the undersigned should you have any
