Body Cam Footage from May 29, 2025 – State House Trenton
Dear New Jersey State Police,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA), I am requesting access to and copies of all available body-worn camera footage captured by New Jersey State Police officers at or around the New Jersey State House in Trenton, NJ, on Tuesday, May 29, 2025.
This request specifically pertains to interactions involving the following officers:
- Trooper Fedder? , Badge #6139
- LT Mannon, Badge #6362
- Trooper A Freda
- Trooper R Korri
- Trooper J Guarneri
And the following individuals:
- Leroy Truth (Leonard Filipowski)
- Vincent Caputo, affiliated with South Jersey News
Please include any and all footage from these officers’ body-worn cameras that document their interactions with the individuals named above on that date with no edits. If there are any portions of the footage that are exempt from disclosure under OPRA, please cite the specific exemption and provide any non-exempt portions.
If there are any costs associated with fulfilling this request, please inform me in advance.
