Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. This request specifically pertains to interactions involving the following officers:

- Trooper J Guarneri

And the following individuals:

- Leroy Truth (Leonard Filipowski)
- Vincent Caputo, affiliated with South Jersey News

Please include any and all footage from these officers’ body-worn cameras that document their interactions with the individuals named above on that date with no edits. If there are any portions of the footage that are exempt from disclosure under OPRA, please cite the specific exemption and provide any non-exempt portions.

If there are any costs associated with fulfilling this request, please inform me in advance.
