Dear Requestor:
Your request for “All police bodycam footage involving “the incident relating to Rikki Cornelisse on or about March 28th is voluminous. Your request Contains 16 body cameras required to be reviewed for redaction pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1.
The only employee of the Police Department with the training to review and redact the requested footage is David Johnston; his direct hourly rate of pay minus fringe benefits is $18.29. The number of hours estimated to complete this request is 10. The total estimated special service charge is $182.90. A deposit of $91.45 is required before the Township will begin the work and will require payment of the remainder when the work is complete. The Township will require 30 Business Days from the date of deposit to complete the work. The Township Administration will track the actual time taken to produce the documents.

Please respond in writing if the amount is acceptable.
