Body Cam Footage and Police Records
Dear Lindenwold Borough,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Dear Lindenwold Borough,
Thank you for this footage of the patrol room and responding units from their vehicles.
A few observations:
1) there does not appear to be audio for any of the bodycam footage provided.
2) there is no bodycam footage of the conversation between wawa employees and LPD to indicate what claims were made to support removing the customer from the store.

Regarding to your below observations, after speaking with the Police Department Administration office in reference to the audio, they have advised that if you are experiencing technical difficulties to contact Axon customer support for assistance. They will be able to provide in-depth assistance to guide you through any necessary steps to resolve the issue efficiently. Regarding the footage itself, the Borough has provided you with the requested body cam video, per your ORPA request. The Borough cannot provide legal interpretation of records.
