Dear Ocean County Sheriff's Department,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Body cam footage from Officer Bourke from Island Heights Pavilion and Community Medical Center on 9/21/24.

Mr. Smith,
You have OPRA requested Body Worn Camera (BWC) footage from this agency in
regards to an incident (24S020494) which occurred on September 21, 2024.
Due of the extent and length of the BWC footage a Special Service Charge
will be applied. Please see the attached documents which explain the
Special Service Charge.
If you wish to continue with this request then you must respond in writing
within 7 business days of this email. Failure to do so, will render this
request closed. Payment must be made via check to the COUNTY OF OCEAN C/O
Michael Zolezi Ocean County Sheriff’s Office, Records Custodian. The check
