Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

I am requesting all body-worn camera footage, dash/in-car camera footage, and incident reports related to the citation/arrest of Christopher R Lyle for 2C:33-4A (HARASSMENT-COMMUNICATION IN MANNER TO CAUSE ALARM - Manchester TWP Municipal Court case S 2025 434) This request includes any supplemental reports, case notes, dispatch notes, or other documentation related to the incident.
Additionally, I would request all documents including dispatch notes and case notes pertaining to any Manchester TWP police activity at the WAWA located at 1600 NJ-37, Toms River, NJ 08753 For the dates of November 8th, 2025 through November 9th, 2025.
Furthermore, I would request any documents pertaining to police activity at the address 1509 3rd Ave, Toms River, NJ 08757 between November 8th, 2025 through November 9th, 2025

Request denied. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-3, the Township is not permitted to release records pertaining to an “investigation in progress.” Additionally, release of the requested records would violate the Prevention of Domestic Violence Act of 1991 (N.J.S.A. 2C:25-17-25) as well as N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1’s prohibition against the disclosure of a citizen’s personal information.
