Body Cam

The request was refused by Tuckerton Borough.

Dear Tuckerton Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. Transcripts from police body cam pertaining to the seizure of fire apparatus and equipment from Tuckerton Fire on June 7th, 2022. Transcripts to include interactions between the Fire Chief, fire department members, and the police department.
2. Unedited police body cam of any incidents in the Borough public works yard concerning someone photographing or attempting to photograph and gain access to the above mentioned seized Fire Equipment located in the Tuckerton Borough yard, that occurred between the dates of June 7, 2022 and June 10, 2022.
3. Transcripts of police body cam of request number 2 above.
4. Itemized bill for the previous OPRA request made by me on June 10, 2022 , that has a cost of $609.82 to produce for footage for release.

Please see attached.... but as for a transcript the rules and regulations on BWC does not allow for transcripts.. If you want a copy of the footage you have to pay what is charged. Sorry Attorney General Guidelines are very specific on this.
