Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested:

1.) unredacted and unedited raw uncut original recorded video footage taken from both body worn cameras and also vehicle mounted cameras for one miss officer k. jazikoff badge # 1516 I believe as well as all the footage recorded from 5-8 other reporting officers some self reported being part of the infamous jump out drug enforcement boys but we' we're proud to display that their cameras were in fact not on within the first 5 minutes of this stop there was five officers on scene surrounding my vehicle on May 1st 2025 involving BMW that has been illegally seized with intentionally leaving valuables like auto parts and new tires in trunk but more importantly my son's only drivers license and two cds prescription medications that I have not located still. I would like any and all available footage from this hour long illegal traffic stop at Tropoli Auto Body shop around 845 pm. Including the normal angles please include any interior camera recordings in moments leading to to the stop and immediately after. Please include the footage taken from Jazikoffs self reported direct supervisor as his was on and was in clear view recording me being denied of my right to speak wirt my attorney and have questioning seized. My attorney requested this on my behalf initially but said you wanted to charge $1,000 fee to redact or edit our sensitive information which is insane and whole other convo but if I am the driver and it's my footage directly i was advised to make the request directly and expect a small copy fee but many officers were on seen and not the 5 reported on prior report. I counted 8 on scene at one point including the doggy trained to alert and handled with treats. My dl number is g95*2*39**453*24 do. 3/25/1982 . Please send direct email if you need to verify my email but Mr robert Norton is my attorney for all things and has express direct.consent to obtain any legal videos or documents on my behalf as he also has had a power of attorney since 2015 with/for me. Send direct link to pay fees but please do not redact or edit any footage as many complaints have been filed and many people in various agencies need.to investigate the sound and images forensically to prove everything I have outlined in my complaint regarding this unlawful and send to the police department and judge handling court to prove all to be truth thank you

Dear Police Records,
I am in receipt of your response and need to inform you that $1,100 for a reasonable "fee" to simply provide me with the plethora of recordings taken this day from bodies and vehicles. This is exactly why I do not think it should be legal for police departments to police themselves when it comes to things like this. I have filed a complaint with Neptune police against the arresting officer for violating many of my responsibilities rights after making an unlawful stop to begin with. I decided to go to trial on the TEN TICKETS which was bc her feelings were hurt bc I wasn't her guy..I e never got that many tickets in my life and I'm 45 smh. Every single ticket this officer wrote was done so fraudulently and she outright lied to issue them and as the body camera will show..every ticket I received was for something I showed the officers or demonstrated lights were functional just slightly different in hue, it's awfully convenient that the Sept wants to charge me money they know I don't have of hand lying around a ridiculous amount of money to do what? I'm only person in vehicle with my vehicle during stop, I'm only person that was present to the 10 plus officers who rushed to scene conveniently but slowly started to disappear as they saw I had nothing they wanted . What needs to be redacted? Nothing the constitution is for what when my rights continually get violated bc imagine I don't have my own recordings? I would be screwed bc you guys made" the supposed to by law be reasonable fee" something egregious and so high nobody who had or would probably even pay it ans you know It. I have recordings from first 15 mins of stop, as well as recordings from my smartphone showing the 2 female officers violating the Constitution, myself and the oath they swore to uphold. This is why people like kali choose depts like Neptune to work for bc most ppl a shade darker than me are grateful just to make it home alive n rarely file a complaint or do anything and this is why they aren't working on Deal or Rumson or Belmar smh it's so sad but I have too much to lose and I am going to lose every officer that violated my rights this night testify against their own body camera recordings and most damningly my and my friends recording in 4k the two female officers going into my text messages and verbally even saying the words they read and took way out of context clearly smfh but so illegal and the attorney from the civil rights informed me Neptune presently has 2 active lawsuits for similar things . I tried not to take it further than making me while but egos are in the way. Your supervisor asked me to send my footage in and my lawyer said don't dare do so . J can't even get the footage I'm by law legally entitled to its why we got the cameras on their body and cars so we can hold them accountable but that well of blue is long and thick aint it? My lawyer in the tickets case is going to obtain the footage even Butler your own prosecutor was shocked to hear the price you tried to charge me and said no way, that can't be right. If th charge is to blue the faces of your undercover or jump out officers then I shouldn't have to pay it plus they shouldn't be out there violating ppl then and nobody would have to see it. I'm forwarding all of this now including my unacted on complaint smh is going tp get forwarded to my attorneys, to the Monmouth county prosecutors officer and attorney generals office . Something is so very wrong with Asbury and Neptune police depts but I didn't work my whole life to get someone corrupt or egotistical or having some weird shit to prove only for you all to try and keep the concrete 4k evidence that without a shadow of a doubt shaped & proves the more than hour long traffic stop was behind illegal not just unconditional. My prescription meds were left in the car intentionally with my kids social security cards & important papers they ripped out my bag & it went to tow yard for them to keep & the nail in the coffin is toms river stopped me 1 day prior & followed their procedure as well as the Constitution & polices /procedure & I already got the video of that stop as well as sworn testimony from 2 officers saying they saw the exact same car, same plates, same paperwork & let me go free taking the car with me legally adding that I wasn't given tickets for things I showed them & also showed your officers but somehow received a ton of tickets as if I hadnt.nmy video alone is enough & your video alone is enough buy together it shows clear as day on 4k the collusion, corruption & fraud that goes on within your department that y'all try so hard to hide. Looking all all the young officers that might just ashamed in them and thinking how desensitized they already are to it all is scary. The judge or my lawyer will be getting the footage now regardless for trial but a actual legal in depth response explaining what exactly is going to cost you over $1,000 to redact on the recordings of thos stop bc we need it to be clean & uncut in its entirety bc so many violations happened so hopefully the judge has it with no redactions bc that should be required. My attorney said I can come down to dept to view in person whenever, is that true? Bc I would love to but not alone of course because now I have retaliation to worry about. But I will be requesting every officer that takes th stand and lies under oath will be added to the Brady List & it's crazy bc it wasn't even worth it smh. Frfr
