that the draft minutes you requested have not been approved by the Board
of Education.
The minutes are exempt from being released based on the advisory,
consultative, and deliberate process exception to OPRA.
Once the minutes are approved, they will be posted on the district
website.

Dear Stephen LaValva,
While I understand draft meeting minutes would not be released. One agenda item is the HIB motion and vote. Would that motion be released to the public on this request?
Would a separate request be warrant for the Board of Education to share any of the topics that were discussed in either meeting with meeting brief notes or statements?
