This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: A copy of these current contracts with the board of education:
- Teachers' union
- Administration
In addition, please provide the following lists:
- Current board of education members
- Vendors approved/used by the boe during the 22-23 school year
- Law firms approved/used by the boe during the 22-23 school year
- Educational studies approved by the boe during the 22-23 school year
- Educational studies that were previously approved by the boe and completed during the 22-23 school year

As for your two requests for "Educational studies" can you please be more
specific? Not sure what kind of studies you are referring to.

Thank you for the contracts. You provided the wrong list of board members. I am asking for the current Seaside Heights board not Central Regional.
I would like these studies:
- grant funding requests
- state aid entitlements and payments related to choice student enrollment
- campus or facility usage research
- coordination of internal and external research of district goals
- district-led or district-sanctioned data collection teams

There are no studies done/approved by the Seaside Heights Board of
education that met your requests. I will note that the Borough of Seaside
Heights conducted a feasibility study related to sending students to Toms
River BOE. The Seaside Heights Board of Education has not approved any
studies.
