Dear Middlesex County,
Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide copies of all video recordings of Middlesex County Board of Chosen Freeholders meetings from the time period of September 2018 through August 2019. For any meetings where a complete video does not exist, please provide a copy of the audio recording. Thank you kindly.

With regardto your request number W007966-090319, thefiles you have
requested have been identified. Please be advised that theCounty is able
to accommodate your request in an immediate manner by providingthe
requested videos on our website at the following location:
[1]http://video.middlesexcountynj.gov/.
In the alternative, if you wish to have copies ofthe video recordings, due
to the amount of data being requested and the mediarequired to transfer
same, the cost associated using the currently availablestorage device will
be $270.53. The files have not been transferredand this cost has not yet
been incurred. You are being informed ofthis cost so you have the
opportunity to choose whether you'd like to proceedwith the file transfer
or not. If you choose to proceed, you may bring amoney order or cash to
this Office representing half of the amount ($135) andthe County will
finalize your request thereafter. At the time of pickup,you may submit
final payment.
With regardto the audio recordings requested for meetings that are not
video recorded, youmay pick up a thumb drive containing the audio
recordings of the followingmeetings: 11/1/2018, 12/27/2018, 7/1/2019,
8/1/2019, at the Office of the Clerkof the Board. The cost of the thumb
drive will be $5.53.

Dear Ms. Petrocelli,
I apologize for the delay in my response. I am interested in exploring ways that the videos of the meeting can be digitally transferred to fulfill my request in a way that will not require such a great expense for flash drives.
I will follow up with you regarding this in the near future after I research the systems you are using. Regarding the audio recordings, I intend to pick them up this week. I will see you sometime soon with $5.53 to pay for the cost of the flash drive.
