This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: I seek the name, the salary and all benefits including medical, stipends and any other financial compensation for all the Town of Nutley non-elected Boards .

Our office is in receipt of your OPRA Request No. 57-19 (attached). In
order to process this request, we will need clarification on the items you
are requesting. You have requested the following:
“Records requested: I seek the name, the salary and all benefits including
medical, stipends and any other financial compensation for all the Town of
Nutley non-elected Boards.”
Please name the Boards and which members you are inquiring about.
Additionally, please be advised that health-related benefit information,
including individual premiums, cannot be disclosed under OPRA. You are
only entitled to receive the total Township premium amount.
Please provide the information above as soon as possible so that we can
process your request.

Dear Nutley Township, I desire to clarify the request. I will write in English. A reasonable person would think English would surfice. I request the name of all attornies on all appointed boards in the Township of Nutley.
As the clerk does not understand, again, the boards are Historical Preservation Committee, Library Board, Planning Board, Zoning Board of Adjustment, Rent Leveling Board, and Shade Tree Committee.
The attorney's name, the length of the current term, the current salary, does the attorney receive full medical benefits and for how long will the attorney receive medical benefits?

response to your request for access to government records pursuant to the
