Board agendas - 1993
Dear Brick Township School District,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. Copies of the Personnel/Human Resources sections, and any relevant attachments, of the Brick Board of Education agendas for meetings held in May 1993, June 1993, July 1993, August 1993, September 1993, October 1993, November 1993 and December 1993.
2. On the March 12, 1992 agenda, stamped pgs. 232 and 234 state that there is additional information following the Auxiliary section pertaining to Personnel, including a recall of a motion, as well as Items K, L and M. Please send those pages if available.
3. On the June 1994 agenda, stamped pgs. 296, 299, 300 and 1 state that Items A, F, J, L, M, N, O, P, Q, R, S, T and V are attached. Please send those pages if available.

Dear Resident: On behalf of Mr. Edwards, attached please find the
information in your request. The attachments labeled 6 24 were the
only attachments for that meeting.
Hi Ms. Carey,
Thank you for sending the 1993 agendas. Two items of note:
1. It looks like the following 4 pages might have been stuck together and were missed in copying: Please send stamped pgs. 56 & 57 from the 9/2/93 agenda, and stamped pgs. 212 & 213 from the 12/2/93 agenda.
2. Also, in the 6/3/93 agenda there was no Non-Teaching Personnel section and in the 6/10/93 there was no Teaching Personnel section. Just confirming that was the case.

My apologies. I should have caught that. The pages are so old that it is
almost impossible to automatically feed it into the scanner.
Attached are the items in number 1.
As far as item 2 - 6/3/93 was a Pre Agenda Meeting in which they approved
the Teaching Items. 6/10/93 they only approved Non Teaching.
I labeled the attachments, I thought that would help.

I saw the attachment was labeled PA. I should have realized that stood for Pre Agenda but didn't make the connection. I will know that from now on! Thanks for sending the additional pages.
