This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

1. Copies of the Personnel/Human Resources sections, and any relevant attachments, of the Brick Board of Education agendas for meetings held in January 1989, February 1989, March 1989, September 1989, October 1989, November 1989 and December 1989.

2. From the June 1983 agenda, on stamped page 243 it states additional items for Items B & G are listed on a separate sheet. I already have through Page 248. Are these items listed at some point from stamped page 249-beyond?

3. From the June 1986 agenda, on stamped page 48 items M & N are mentioned but not included. These might be on stamped pages 53-54, please send those two pages.

4. From the April 1989 agenda, on stamped page 199 it mentions items H & I are included on pages 24 through 47, but those were not sent with the original request. Please send those pages.

5. From the August 1989 agenda, please send stamped pages 87, 88 and 89.

Hi Ms. Carey,

The April 1986-August 1986 agendas were the only ones you sent all together in one file, unlike how you usually do, labeling each as a separate file, so that is probably where I made a mistake in guessing which month it was from. You sent me your response on December 8, 2020 and the file attachment was labeled: "OPRA 4 86 THRU 8 86.pdf"

I see why there could be confusion. The page I am referring to actually includes Items M & N for the Teaching Personnel Section, but further down the page, the Non-Teaching Personnel section states that there are Items A-N, yet in what was sent, the Non-Teaching Personnel section only includes up to Item L (through stamped pg. 52), so perhaps Items M & N of the Non-Teaching Personnel section are included on stamped pages 53 & 54.
