Hi Ms. Carey,

Thanks for sending the next two agenda books. I looked through them, and the copier cut off the bottom of some pages from both the 1949 book and 1951 book. Please re-copy these pages so they are the complete pages:

From the 1949 agenda book, please re-copy pgs. 203-205, 207, 209, 211-212, 215-218, 225, 227-230, 233-237.

From the 1951 agenda book, please re-copy pgs.167-168, 170-175, 177-179, 181-182, 187-189, 191-193, 195-196, 201-202, 206, 208-212, 217-219, 221-226, 228-229, 231-232 and 234-236.

Also, I just submitted a new OPRA request for the next portion of the agendas: "Copies of the Brick Board of Education agendas for the 300-page agenda book ending with the July 1947 meeting."

Could you please let me know the dates of the next 4 agenda books (the 1930's-1947 range), so I can correctly request the remaining agenda books.

Hi Ms. Carey,

Thanks for already starting on the next agenda book. At least these requests are serving a dual purpose. Not only do I get the requested information, but it's nice to know that all of the agenda books will now be archived digitally, and safe from being lost to fire, water damage or mold. And, if anyone requests any of these in the future, they will be easy to send to whoever else requests them.

Hi Ms. Carey,

As you mentioned you had already started doing these, I submitted my new request today for the book containing the January 1938 to March 1942 agendas. If you did not get my note about the 1942-1947 agenda book, the pages for 2/9/44-2/13/45 (pages 105-160) and 2/13/47-7/30/47 (pages 261-300) are all missing the bottom portion of the page, so those need to be done again.

Thanks for sending the corrected pages. Four pages were missing in what you sent, so I still need pages 276 and 277 (April 1947) and pages 288 and 289 (June 1947). Once those are sent, that completes this request. Hope you had a nice Thanksgiving holiday!

Dear Ms. Carey,

Thanks for sending those. Besides the 1938-1942 agenda book that you are working on, how many more books are there? You had only said that the books went back to the 1930's but never mentioned the starting date. Is 1938 the last book, or do you have additional books from 1930-1937?

I found an email where you mentioned 1933-1937 was the next book, so I will put in a request for that soon. Thanks for sending the 1938-1942 agendas. There were 4 pages missing, so please send these four pages to finish up that book (all are from the year 1941): Pages 210, 211, 212 and 256.

Hope you had a nice holiday! I just submitted the request for the July 1933 to December 1937 agenda book. Here is a copy for you: "Copies of the Brick Board of Education agendas for the agenda book of July 1933 to December 1937."

The two outstanding items are these:

1. These four pages are still needed from the 1941 book: Pages 210, 211, 212 and 256.
2. Is there another agenda book covering 1930-1933 or is the one I just submitted (July 1933 to December 1937) the earliest book you have?

After fully going through the 1940's and 1950's pages, I found that there were a few more where the pages were cut off at the bottom. When you have time, could you please send these 9 pages:

February 1949: Pg. 202
1952 Book: Pgs. 249-255 and Pg. 275.

How is the 1933-1937 book coming along? Do you expect it to be finished sometime in February?

I believe you said there are two books left to do (1910 to 1920 and 1920 to 1933). What are the page totals for those two books (I see the 1933 to 1937 book was only 250 pages, so I assume each of those earliest books are around 250-300 pages each).

I was just checking that you got my February 15 OPRA request and question. I realize you need time to work on them, but I just wanted confirmation that you did receive it. OPRA Machine was having some problems that week, and I wanted to make sure the email made it to you. Your reply mentioned the 1910 to 1920 being unable to be copied. You did not mention the 1920 to 1933 book. I know you had said you had started to copy the 1920 to 1933 book a few months ago. Is that still in progress?

Hi Ms. Carey,

Ok, I guess that just leaves the 2008, 2009 and 2010 agendas to finish up then. We had left off at 2007 once you started doing the older ones. I will submit a request today for 2008. Everything from 2011 onward is already online, so just need to finish those 3 years and that will wrap up 1933 to 2010.
