Good afternoon,

Unfortunately we do not make copies or scans of blue prints. Blue prints are available to view only upon appointment with the department of Code Enforcement.
Edison township also does not keep property surveys on record, to obtain a property survey you must hire a private surveyor.

Other requests have been honored. Maybe I am wording my request incorrectly?

Here are other identical requests that have been honored recently. So I'll word it exactly as the other requests are worded:

Requesting All open and closed construction permits and surveys done for 96 Heather Ct #96, Edison since it was built in 1984. 01/29/2024 successful

open/closed permit and building construction plan/blueprint for 21 Hillsdale Edsion 08820 01/21/2023 successful

Requesting All open and closed permits and surveys done for 68 Roosevelt Blvd, Edison since it was built in 1942. 01/26/2023 successful

So I am requesting all open and closed permits and surveys done for 485 US Highway 1, 2nd floor (or entire building), Edison NJ since it was built.

Please note we do not give out copies of plans via digital or physical. If you would like you can request the plans for a permit (see permit log attached) and note permit number. You can make an appt. with the office of Code Enforcement to view plans, or request for architect information of the plan.
As stated previously Edison township also does not keep property surveys on record, to obtain a property survey you must hire a private surveyor.
