Dear Jon Heiser,
I have been advised by our 911 Communications Center that Dispatch
protocols are provided and developed by each agency not Somerset County.
Therefore, you will need to request these records from the individual
agency directly.
Your Open Public Records request has thus been processed in accordance
with N.J.S.A. 47:1A:1 and is now closed.

Dear Kelly Mager (Somerset County, NJ),
Thank you for your quick reply. While these policies are indeed unique to each jurisdiction, they are all filed with Somerset County Communications for without them the public safety communicators would be unable to complete their standard work. Upon being filed with the county, these documents became public records held by the county. It would be greatly appreciated if your office could provide these documents as requested.
