Dear Bloomfield Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Residential properties with street addresses owned by individuals (no corporations or LLCs) with the below criteria from January 2023 to June 2023;
1. Fire damage, overgrown grass, overgrown weeds, junk, boarded houses/windows, vacant properties.
2. Condemned properties
3. All properties currently listed with utility shut-off notice
4. All properties with notices of abatement

*PLEASE DON'T INCLUDE CONSTRUCTION PERMIT VIOLATIONS*

The Township of Bloomfield received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
Request on July 14, 2023.  As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to
respond to your request is July 25, 2023.  This response to your request
is being provided to you on the 2^nd business day after the Township’s
receipt of said request.

 

The following is being provided by the Township responsive to your
request:

 

·         From the Township’s Health Department:  See attached.

·         From the Township’s Fire Department:  See attached.

·         From the Township’s Water Department:  The Township of
Bloomfield does not shut off water in Bloomfield.  Therefore, there is no
list.

 

**Please note that some documents are not being provided pursuant to NJSA
47:1A-1.1

 

This is are being transmitted to you via email, as per your request.  If
your request for access to a government record has been denied or
