Any and all Board of Adjustment Communications with any representative of "Flemington 202 Properties, LLC" as they relate to the proposed c and d-Variances for Proposed Warehousing and Retail use at Block 72.23, Lot 31.01, 324 Highway 202.

Also, any and all maps, documents, notices or internal records associated with the discharge, routing, relocation or collection of stormwater in the area of Block 72.23, Lot 31.01, 324 Highway 202 to include Concord Ridge and Flemington South.

Also, any evidence of stormwater accumulation/ flooding both prior to and post-Ida, to include Block 72.23, Lot 31.01, 324 Highway 202 and properties in and around Concord Ridge and Flemington South Estates. This should include any emails, phone calls or other correspondence sent to the Township from residents, businesses or any interested party.
