From Tax Assessor: Property Record Cards front and back, old and new cards
From Building, Fire, and Health Departments: records of tanks, spills, wells of any kinds, storage of hazardous materials, and septic. Also records of asbestos and lead based paint. Finally copies of COs.

I am advising the requestor of the following:
1. Requestor must contact the Fire Department directly for any fire department records requested. Their phone number is 856-234-1222;
2. For releases of hazardous material and environmental remediation it is recommended that the requestor visit http://www.nj.gov/dep/srp/kcsnj; and
3. For environmental issues, requestor should also contact the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, site remediation at (609) 292-1250 for the most up to date records on the facility.
4. For Health Department concerns, requestor should contact the Burlington County Board of Health at (609) 265-5548.
