We'd like to verify whether or not following building lot which is located within Pine Land regulated area is fully approved to build or any additional steps must be taking. We have a letter of approval from Pineland commission ( RE application #1981-0444.002) from 01/26/2006
and want to make sure this approval is currently valid and no further action required
