All building, construction, electrical, plumbing permits and inspection reports for the property known as Block 272, Lot 15 from January 1, 1996 to the current date.

Fence permit and inspection report for fence along Whitehead Avenue on the property known as Block 272, Lot 15 from January 1, 1996 to the current date. The fence is a solid fence, by definition of the borough ordinances, and therefor would not have been issued a permit because it blocks line of sight for vehicular traffic.

Permit and/or zoning board approval for extension of paved driveway and increased impervious surface on property known as Block 272, Lot 15 from January 1, 2018 to the current date.

Change of use approval from zoning board issued between January 1, 2018 to the current date for the property known as Block 272, Lot 15.

Variance issued by zoning board for business not permitted in Neighborhood Business zone for the property known as Block 272, Lot 15 between January 1, 2018 and the current date.

All code, zoning or building violation letters or summonses issued from January 1, 1996 to the current date for the property known as Block 272, Lot 15.

Electric and water usage, billed amounts and payments for all accounts on the property known as Block 272, Lot 15 from January 1, 2010 to the current date. (There should be one active water account - water line facing main house, one inactive water account - water line facing garage and apartment building, and two electric accounts - one for main house and the other serving garage used by business and rental apartment. The rental apartment tenant is paying the utilities on the apartment and garage used by the business.)
