1 - Electric correspondence between current governing body members, municipal officials, former mayor Michael Soriano, and any municipal employees (including but not limited to police officers, fire marshal, clerk, etc.) at the 12/28/2023 governing body meeting between the times of 1pm and the adjournment of the meeting concerning agenda items, other governing body members, and individuals (public/elected officials/employees) on both personal and government issued cellular devices, tablets, or computers. This includes text messages, teams messages, and e-mails.

2 - Agreements between the developers and the municipality concerning the tax abatements for ordinances that were adopted on the 12/28/2023 governing body meeting in regards to block 202, lots 1.9 and 3.8.

3 - E-mail correspondence between governing body members, the municipal clerk, deputy clerk, business administrator, tax assessor, and tax collector concerning the tax abatement for block 202, lots 1.9 and 3.8.
