Attached please find a fee proposal and detailed vendor activity report in
response to your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request regarding “Billing
rates for Borough Attorney- Copies of all 2022 invoices submitted from
January 2022 to date.”
The Borough is respectfully requesting a 30-business day extension to
review and redact legal invoices. You will receive a response and/or
update no later than Thursday February 23^rd.
Documents related to summons or other Municipal Court related documents as
filed in the Fort Lee Municipal Court are to be obtained by completing a
Judiciary Records Request which can be obtained through the New Jersey
Courts online website. Please contact the Fort Lee Municipal Court at
201-592-3500 ext. 1509 for additional information.
