Invoices paid to Hoagland Longo Moran, Dunst & Doukas, LLP for representation in Lawson v. Dewar (Docket Nos. MID-L-8788-20 and SOM-L-001322-17) since 2017.

Is Bound Brook Borough's coverage in the above captioned matter provided by the municipality’s joint insurance fund (“JIFs”)?

Or is Bound Brook's coverage in the above captioned matter provided by a private insurance carrier, arranged by the JIF, to pay for defense?

In either circumstance, JIF is covered by OPRA which means that both the JIF and the municipality are responsible under OPRA for reaching out to the actual carrier who is providing a defense to get the invoices.

Please advise.
