This OPRA request is directed to, Ceci Tramontana, RMC, Nutley Deputy Municipal Clerk. There is no contact ORDER between Elli Pettas and Rory Moore. Complaints have been filed. I still have the right to file an OPRA request.

OPRA machine has determined Pettas has full control over the receiver's email address. Pettas must change the recipient email. I have no dominion, control, or ability to change the recipient's email address. I have filed a criminal complaint against Pettas for using government resources to harass me.

I seek the complete documents for 21-02384, 21-00343, 21-00515, 21-21-02201, 21-21-03130, 21-03132, 21-03316, 21-21-02615, 21-20-03900 . I seek the original request, the approvals, and the payment. The GRC stated the bills have a turnaround time of two days as the bill have been processed.
