Dear Berkeley Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

A list of all Township contracts to include “Fair and Open” “No Bid” and “Non Fair and Open “ which were approved /awarded by the Township CFO , QPA ,administrator or designee in 2020 .

This should include at minimum Name, date, amount and any disclosed political contributions as defined in NJS 19:44A-20.4 et seq. PDF format is acceptable.

The Township has no documents responsive to your request N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 5:34 do not require the Township to maintain a list and N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq does not require the Township to create one
