Good morning, sending this in response to your query regarding an internal
review of the handling of the right-to-know request you indicate that you
sent the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission, concerning “Bid
Tabulation Results for the Trenton -Morrisville Toll Bridge Roadway Paving
& Deck Sealing Improvements”
No official action is taken concerning Right-to-Know requests until they
are submitted on the DRJTBC’s form, which can be found on our website
under “About” and then “Public Records Requests.”

Our files indicate that while you did reach out late last October, Mr.
Conoline informed you of the above at that time - and an official request
was never received.
Also please be advised that the Commission is a bi-state entity created by
Compact, and thus is not subject to the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, 65
P.S. §§ 67.101, et seq., or the New Jersey Open Public Records Act,
N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1, et seq. Instead, the Commission provides access to
certain Commission documents in accordance with its own
Commission-specific Public Records Policy. The Commission will review and
respond to your request in accordance with the provisions, exemptions and
procedures of the DRJTBC Records Policy.
