The Township of Neptune received an Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request
on January 23, 2023. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to
respond to your request is February 1, 2023.

The request was for:

“Final and compiled bid tabulation, including all quantities and unit
pricing for each bidder, for “Sixth Avenue Sewer Main Replacement” that
was submitted on 8/16/2022”
