Good morning Ms. Ava,
The guidelines for response time regarding an OPRA request is within 7
working days after the date of receipt, therefore, since we received your
request Friday after hours May 30, 2023, the due date for the information
would be June 08, 2023. The Purchasing Dept. will be handling your
request. Provided that they have the information you requested, they
return the completed request to the Twp. Clerk’s office, whereby, we will
notify you. Whenever the request is completed, usually they are fulfilled
quicker than the 7 working days, provided that the information is not in
storage, you will be contacted.
Should you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact our
offices from Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 4:00 pm.
