Dear Ms. Baisley,
Please be advised that after conducting multiple searches, there are no
records responsive to your request for bid tabulation results for the
project entitled Wade Boulevard Roadway Improvement - Arawak Paving
Company Inc from December 1, 2022.  The Purchasing Agent for the City of
Millville who handled that bid opening is no longer an employee of the
City of Millville and the record has not been located after he left the
city by the new Purchasing Agent.  I hope this helps to clarify why the
City of Millville has not been able to produce the document sought.
