The "Final and compiled bid tabulation (Bid Tally), including all quantities and unit pricing for each bidder, for Road Improvement Plan for Main Street that was submitted on 8/20/2024" that you requested is exempt from disclosure under OPRA until such time as the bid is awarded by resolution. Until that time, the bids are still in the process of being reviewed. Without a contract being awarded, any in-depth analysis of a bid could give a competitor an advantage.
