Dear Ms. Baisley,
The Township of Plainsboro received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) on
June 14, 2024. The official Records Custodian, Carol J. Torres, received
your OPRA request on the same date. As such, the seven (7) business day
deadline to respond to your request is June 25, 2024. This response to
your request is being provided to you on the same date as the custodian’s
receipt of said request.
The OPRA request sought access to the following:
“ Please send the final and compiled bid tabulation (Bid Tally), including
all quantities and unit pricing for each bidder, for Road Maintenance
Program XVII that was submitted on 6/13/2024.”
The attached record is being provided in its entirety and is responsive to
your request. The record is being transmitted to you via email as per your
request. There is no cost associated with the request pursuant to
N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.b.
If your request for access to a government record has been denied or
unfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a
right to challenge the decision by the Plainsboro Township Clerk to deny
access. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the
Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government
Records Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form.
