Dear Town of Newton,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Open Public Records Act reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Town of Newton's handling of my OPRA request 'Bid Tabulation Results for RFP - Replacement of Bridge D-38'.

Please provide an update on this request.

Yours faithfully,

Maddie Baisley

Terri Oswin, Town of Newton

Ms. Baisley,

I did some research, and I don't know why your original email was missed.
We were having some difficulty with our SPAM filter quarantining some
emails. I believe we have rectified the problem. I do apologize. As far
as your OPRA request goes, Bridge D-38 is not physically located within the
Town of Newton boundaries. We did not bid the RFP-Replacement of Bridget
D-38. Therefore, we do not have any responsive records.

Sincerely,

Teresa A. Oswin, RMC
