I am writing to request an internal review of Vineland City's handling of my OPRA request 'Bid Tabulation Results for Resurfacing of Gallagher Drive'.
The format sent is not what was requested. Can you please provide us with the compiled bid tabulation typed in a spreadsheet format with unit prices per item from each bidder?

Dear Requestor,
I have reviewed your email request and a request for a different format
from that which the City utilizes. Please note that your request for
public documents has been responded to by the Municipal Clerk in the only
format that is available. The format you have requested is not easily
created and the requested documents have been supplied. I am sorry you are
not able to obtain documents in such formats that are not readily
available to the City, however the documents requested have been supplied
in the form they are kept in the normal course of City business.
