Township Clerk, Donna Luciani, forwarded your OPRA request to me. The bid
for the Rehabilitation of Morris County Bridge No. 1400-765Sparwick
Contracting, Inc. that was submitted on 2/7/23 that you are requesting, is
not a Randolph Township project. This is a County of Morris project.
Therefore, you will need to contact the County of Morris for the
information. Randolph Township does not have any records pursuant to your
request.
