Please be advised that as of September 3, 2024 changes to OPRA have taken effect per statute P.L.2024, c.16. As of that time, a new OPRA request form has been adopted by the City to include these changes. Although an OPRA request form is not required to be completed to request records, the required information must be included, or a request can be denied. Given the regency of the changes, I am writing to inform of same so that the missing information can be provided and in compliance with the new statute.
I have attached our new adopted form above. It is at your discretion if you would like to submit same in lieu of your email.
