Good Afternoon Ms. Baisley,
This office is in receipt of your request for an internal review of Town of Kearny's handling of my OPRA request 'Bid Tabulation Results for Rebid - Kearny Avenue Streetscape Repairs Project - UEZ Funded'.
The results of my investigation provided me with an OPRA request work order# of W011255-121323. That request was filed on December 13, 2023, and was answered on December 14, 2023, with Bid Tabulations from the original bid and the re-bid that happened a month later. We currently do not have any other open requests under your account.
This project was also re-bid in May of 2024. That project has not been awarded at this time. We expect to see that project awarded at our next Mayor and Council meeting which is set to take place on September 10, 2024. This office does not have any bid tabulations currently, nor do we have any information regarding the arrival of that information. We expect to be informed of all this pertinent information next week.
