The Hackensack City Clerk's Office has received the below Open Public
Record Act (OPRA) Request pertaining to the Bid Tabulation Results for
Rebid - Resurfacing Kansas St Parking Lot for Bergen County Court House
Towers Riverview Paving Inc.

Please be advised that the City did not go out to bid for Resurfacing
Kansas St Parking Lot for Bergen County Court House Towers Riverview
Paving Inc. held on 10/28/2022 or any other dates; therefore, this is not
a bid result that the City would maintain and there would be no records
with Hackensack.

Going forward, kindly confirm that all OPRA Requests sent to the
Hackensack City Clerk's Office are for the City of Hackensack and not for
Bergen County before sending the request.
