with Ramapo College of New Jersey (the “College”) on September 27 , 2022.
The following is responsive to your request:
Records requested: Please send all documents relating to received bids
and/or bid tabulations, including all quantities and unit pricing, for
“rebid – Ramapo College of NJ Athletic Field Lighting”.
Your request is being denied. This matter involves an open bid procurement
and we are unable to provide the requested information under OPRA pursuant
to N.J.S.A. 47:1A‐1.1. because the requested records contain information
that “would give an advantage to competitors or bidders.”
