On 6/12/2023, Montville Township received a request for public records
pursuant to the Open Public Records Act (OPRA) and the common law right of
access. This response is being sent on the 1^st day after receiving the

Your request seeks “Please send the final and compiled bid tabulation (Bid
Tally), including all quantities and unit pricing for each bidder, for
Pedestrian Crossing Improv - Main Rd (Rt 202) at Waughaw Rd that was

The Engineering Department advises that project was bid through the Morris
County NJ Engineering Department.
