Dear Ms. Baisley,
The Monmouth County Division of Purchasing received your
Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request on September 12,
2023. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to
respond to your request is September 21, 2023. This
response is being provided to you on the first (1st)
business day after the custodian’s receipt of said
request.
Your request seeks:
“Please send the final and compiled bid tabulation (Bid
Tally), including all quantities and unit pricing for
each bidder, for Pavement Restoration that was submitted
on 8/17/2023.”
A thorough search was conducted which resulted in no
responsive documents for your request as the bid was not
submitted through Monmouth County Purchasing. Further, in
an effort to steer you in the right direction we searched
Monmouth County Parks Division as well as conducted a
Google search which also turned up no results.
At this time we are closing this request.
