The Township of Clark received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request on August 14, 2024. The official Records Custodian, Edith Merkel, received your OPRA request on August 15, 2024. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is August 23, 2024. This response to your request is being provided to you on the first business day after the custodian's receipt of said request.
Your OPRA request sought access to:

The Bids are currently under review by the Township Engineer's office. The Bid Tabulation has not yet been received by the township.
