Good afternoon,

 

We received your OPRA request on April 26, 2024 for: “Please send the
final and compiled bid tabulation (Bid Tally), including all quantities
and unit pricing for each bidder, for PAL Fields Lighting Improvements
that was submitted on 4/24/2024.”  As such, the seven business day
deadline to respond to your request is on May 7, 2024.  This response is
being provided to you on the same  business day of the custodian’s receipt
of the said request.

 

The following records are being provided and are responsive to your
request:

 

1.            Bid tabulation results for PAL Fields Lighting Improvements
(1 page)

 

These records are being transmitted to you via e-mail, as per your
request. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.b, there is no cost associated with
this request as the documents are being transmitted to you electronically.

 

If your request for access to a government record has been denied or
unfulfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a

access. At your option, you may either institute a  proceeding in the
