Your OPRA Request regarding the bid tabulation for the Maryland & Walnut Avenues pedestrian safety improvements was received in my office at 9:52 AM on May 26, 2023.

Response was provided, by email, at 10:29 AM on the same date; the attachment to the email response contained the bid tabulation that you sought.

So I am not sure what "internal review" means in your latest communication to me, dated the 3rd inst.

However, since it is a public record, I have attached to this email not only the bid tabulation (again) but also the rest of the information regarding said bid contained in the appertaining file.
