pursuant to the Open Public Records Act (OPRA) and the common law right of

The Engineering Department interpreted your request to be “Main Road (US
202) Pedestrian Safety Project.” That project was bid through the Morris
County NJ Engineering Department. If your request was for a different
project, please provide further description as the Township is unable to
identify a project by the title you used.
