Please be advised that your OPRA request was received by the Borough of
Roseland at 9:08 PM on Thursday, June 22, 2023, after the close of normal
business hours.  The Borough’s records custodian has normal business hours
on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.  Therefore, your OPRA request was
received on Tuesday, June 27, 2023.  Therefore, the seven-business day
deadline to respond to your request is July 10, 2023, as the municipal
offices will be closed on July 3^rd and July 4^th in observance of
Independence Day.  We will log your request today, and you can expect our
response between today and July 10^th.

You submitted a second request on Friday, June 23^rd, which appears to be
identical to the above stated request.  Unless we hear otherwise from you
in writing, we will consider these requests to be one and the same, and we
will respond to your request in the time frame established by receipt of
the first request.  Unless we hear otherwise from you in writing, we will
not log this second request, and you will not receive a response to the
second request.
