Response: Township of Lakew ood has received your Open Public
Records Act (OPRA) request. The official Records Custodian
received your request today. As such, the Township will respond
as soon as possible but no later than seven (7) business days.

Please be advised Town Hall will be closed Tuesday, November
7th in observance of Election Day. Town Hall will re-open on

The Township of Lakewood received your Open Public Records Act
(OPRA) request on 11/1/2023. As such, the seven (7) business day
deadline to respond to your request is 11/14/2023. This response
to your request is being provided to you on the 2nd business day
after the custodian's receipt of said request.

The Township did not go out to bid for Snow Plow or Lawn care
services in 2022, it was a negotiated contract. As such, there is
no record responsive to your request.

This deems your request complete.

If your request for access to a government record has been denied
or unfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law,
you have a right to challenge the decision by the Township of
Lakewood to deny access. At your option, you may either institute
a proceeding in the Superior Court of Ne w Jersey or file a
